| Eh...Mad I have to retype this again. But anyway, the AS rank has been temporarily removed due to the deficiency in members. It is mainly to encourage role-play and activity between the remaining and hopefully entice people to expand upon their characters.
In this explanation, everyone who is current below the rank of Genin, is allowed to request a rank up to Genin. If you are not level five yet, you are allowed to request a level up UP TO LEVEL FIVE and ONLY LEVEL FIVE. That's all...Don't feel like making this harder then it is. | |
