How about Life of a Ninja?

Life of a Ninja is a new Naruto RPG that takes place in late shippuuden, when Sasuke joins Snake. Plot? Make your own! That's right, you decide the future! Just remember if you're playing an important canon, to not stray from the character. We don't want Sasuke deciding he loves Itachi so he's not going to try and kill him after all, or for Naruto to suddenly turn evil and start killing everyone.

Life of a Ninja is a literate RP, but if you don't feel like posting a lot all the time, or if you're new to role-playing, you can still RP any length in the Role-playing Academy.

You're allowed two canon characters and six custom characters, but you must be active with them. One custom character can be any rank you want, and the others must start off either as a student or a genin.

The site isn't too strict, but there are a few basic rules that we ask you to remember. Read them here.
