Shinobi Seito - A Naruto Shippuden RP

Fifteen years ago, a great catastrophe struck the Village Hidden in the Leaves. A giant monster, called the Nine-Tail Foxed, attacked the village. It took the deaths of the Hokage and many shinobi to stop it. However, as it could not be killed, it had to be sealed it in a newborn infant by the name of Naruto Uzumaki, creating what is known as a Jinkurichi. Over the years the boy grew, facing down powerful and villainous shinobi, fellow containers of monsters like the Nine-Tails, and suffering the contempt of an entire village. He has even suffered the betrayal of a close and beloved comrade. Still he fights on to realize his dream of becoming Hokage himself, and to bring back his lost friend.

New challenges await him down the path of life, however. A mysterious group, known only as the Akatsuki, has suddenly become active. It is unknown who leads this group, and what their goals are. All that is known is that they seek out the Jinkurichi to harness the powers of the beasts inside. With this new threat on the horizon, the shinobi of the world must prepare. The path of life is not easy, but it is a path all must take.

Shinobi Seito is a canon Naruto Shippuden Roleplay. Set right after the start of the series, we here at Shinobi Seito encourage members to play as both canon and original characters. While the plot itself is generally pushed along the main plot of the anime and manga, we are not afraid to go off the rails and expand into new plots, both for canons and original characters. With the Akatsuki on the rise, and other villainous shinobi waiting in the lurk, it is time for you and your characters to walk forth and triumph or fail. It is all up to you because the path of life isn’t easy, but it must be treaded.
